It was my first visit to a liquor store, and they recommended it for this time of year, so I went with Arabashiri!
I bought two bottles, one Junmai Ginjo and the other Junmai Junmai.
It tasted fruity and thick on the palate. Since it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, it has a slightly tangy and refreshing fizzy taste, like a dessert sake.
It can be drunk slowly or smoothly.
