Purchased at the 6th Sake Festival.
Kiku Masamune, a major sake company, is famous but I'm a sake beginner 🔰,
Of course it was my first Kiku-Masamune 😁.
It is a sweet sake.
I asked for something to enjoy with a glass of wine (wine glass 🍷)!
I said, "I want to enjoy it with a glass of wine!
I was told that other series are not so sweet.
This Hyakumoku Alt.3 is a blend of three different types of Sake 🍶,
The other series are not as sweet.
It is the easiest to drink among this series 🧐.
The aroma in the glass is 🧐 subtle...a little peculiar.
It was a little bit peculiar and when you put it in your mouth, it was like Yamahai? It is a little bit peculiar and full-bodied.
Slightly peculiar, full-bodied broth with a little sweetness and
A little bit of sweetness and alcohol. Sourness appears in the second half and it seems to spread out and cut through 😊I think it would be good as a food sake 😊.
It's a bit peculiar, so it might be different for different tastes 🙄🙄.
