18 sake breweries from Ibaraki Prefecture will be participating in the event.
The long-awaited event where you can enjoy new and treasured sake of spring!
I'll only give one review because it's a bit of a hassle.
Fuji Taikan Daiginjo Kasumi Sake
Yamadanishiki 40% polished rice
A must-have sake, a light nigori daiginjo for exhibition!
Fresh, slightly sweet and juicy!
You can feel the deliciousness of the rice with a clean aftertaste, and I was impressed that it is sure to win the Gold Award again this year!
Even though the price is expensive, it is very popular with people lining up to try it!
We also enjoyed rare sake such as Raifuku's Aizan Jun-Dai, aged for more than 10 years, and Matsumori Daigin To-bottle Nama-Nazarashu!
Above all, we enjoyed the happy time when we could meet the brewers who have finished brewing sake!
We gave up on our goal of completing the 18 breweries this year, but we have no regrets!
