This junmai ginjo-shu is made from 55% polished "Gin-no-Yume" rice suitable for sake brewing, grown in terraced rice paddies in the Tosa Reinokita region where the brewery is located, and carefully brewed in a blessed natural environment. This sake is characterized by its ginjo aroma, which spreads softly in the mouth, and by its structured and thick flavor. It is an excellent partner for grilled fish, grilled chicken, fish marinated in sake lees, meat marinated in sake lees or miso.
