The sweet aroma like apple and muscat is good at first! It has a smooth mouthfeel, light for its alcohol content, and is both dense and clear at the same time. I was convinced that Ni-Rabbit is made to achieve the best balance and flavor between two seemingly contradictory things, such as "taste and aroma," "heavy and light," "sweet and spicy," "entry and finish," "complex and clean..." I was also impressed by the fact that it is made to be paired with food. It seems to be a good pairing with food!
