Purchased during a ski trip to Yamagata
I wanted to drink Yamagata sake once in a while, and was torn between Jusui and Kudokidokute, but decided to buy it after reading one sentence that it is brewed with a fragrant, mellow, sweet taste!
All I could think of were the words for my favorite sake 😋.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tasted delicious😊.
It has a clean sweetness and umami, and a fresh taste with a freshly squeezed flavor: ☺️
The balance of sweetness and aftertaste is very good🙆
This is the kind of thing I've always wanted to drink...
