I stumbled upon it in Kichijoji! If you're a reader of Drunk and in Love... "Aaah! You'll be like, "Ah! It's a sake that makes you feel spring. The mash is bottled as is during the production process. The yeast bacteria continue to ferment in the bottle and carbon dioxide gas is added. I imagined that it would be easier to drink than it is, but it has a solid rice flavor and a refreshing acidity, and it's not too sweet as I expected. In the photo, you can see a lot of nigori in the bottom of the sake.
