呑蔵之介
Muscat-like fruity with a hint of white peach. Fresh sweetness and a light freshness that is not quite exhilarating. It goes down the throat very smoothly and smoothly.
The sweetness is centered on the sweetness and flavor of the rice, so it is nice and drinkable. There is almost no sense of sharpness. You will end up drinking a lot of it without even realizing it. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed either as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink.
