Toyo Bijin, which we had a draft of last December and liked very much. This time it was fire-aged, but I had high expectations for it.
It has a sweet fruity aroma like ripe green melon, with a strong sweetness, followed by acidity and rice flavor. It was a very tasty sake, with a little bit of alcohol, but very easy to drink.â
There are many delicious sakes from Yamaguchi prefecture! 👍
