I didn't know there was an Ottersai sparkling Niwari Sanbu ❗😆
I found it at Hasegawa sake shop and bought it without hesitation lol
I noticed on the label that it was "Holy Night Only 🌃✨" 💡.
I opened it the next day, not on a holy night.
I didn't know that the date was specified on the web.
Now for the taste....
The first thing you'll notice is a dry mouthfeel like a sparkling wine❗.
Then, you can feel a pleasant sweetness because of the origami (*≧ω≦)
Anyway, it's delicious❗
The description on the website says that it has a "subtle peach aroma 🍑 and a sweetness like honey 🍯" 💡.
It's hard 🤣.
Anyway, it's by far the best bubbly sake I've ever had 👍✨.
It's a sake that any sake lover should try at least once ( ´´∀b
