hikarudayo
I bought this on my way back from hiking Mt,
I had an image of a very dry sake after drinking a different sake a few years ago,
I had a preconceived notion that it was very dry, and I was prepared to drink it,
I was a bit preoccupied, but when I drank it, I was surprised to find that, although it was dry, it was delicious with umami and a little bit of alkali.
It's a Hiba's famous confectionery, but it surely doesn't go well with it,
I had it with Hibagon's famous sweets, Hibagon egg & Hibagon bun,
After eating something sweet, the alcohol was even more spicy.
Next time I plan to visit Hiba in spring, I will buy a different kind of sake,
Oh, I also bought a cup of nigori sake,
Lastly, I'd like to show you the autumn leaves of Mt,

Mr. Pon-chan,
No, Pon-chan, Hibagon is an unknown creature that was rumored in Hiba Mountain from 1970s to 1990s,
The autumn leaves of the mountain were beautiful.
Thank you very much.
