あおちー
Surprised at the "shpon" when the bottle is opened!
Not much of a sensation right after pouring.
As the glass is turned and stirred, the aroma, similar to that of a cidre, is enhanced.
It is gassy but not too acidic, and the light spiciness changes to a melon-like mouthfeel, with a lasting sweetness in the mouth.
It is one of the sweetest sakes we have ever had.
This is a guy who drinks it gulp after gulp. It is delicious!
