I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025🤗.
Last day is the day of Jyushiyo✨
So I started with the Jyushiyo 😆.
It has a thickness and umami that is typical of Omachi.
The mouthfeel is clear with fairly weak carbonation 🫧.
The ginjo aroma is modest, but it wafts in.
It is an event limited edition, but I don't know what the difference is... 😓.
I guess it's around "nao kumi" 😅.
