Yomiuri Shimbun's booth again.
I have never seen Yukijaku before.
The brewery uses medium-hard water with a hardness of 5.5, and won the gold medal at the Delicious Sake with a Glass of Wine Award 2024.
Setsujaku Yoiihime Mangetsu Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake.
Made with Yamadanishiki. It is fruity and mildly sweet, and I think I liked it a lot.
