Drinking at an izakaya introduced by my father in Watanabe Dori.
This restaurant is wonderful, not only for the delicious sake, but also for the very tasty snacks to go with it!

When drunk by itself, it gives the impression of being light and dry, but it is not enough.
As soon as it is paired with cheese and surume (dried squid), the flavors of both the sake and the accompanying snacks are enhanced by each other, making it extremely delicious!
The importance of the accompanying snacks was keenly felt.
