Purchased at the 8th traveling SAKE event at Hankyu Department Store. I was able to try all of the booths here and all of the sake that were available for tasting, and they all tasted very good and to my liking ^ ^. Only this Sora was not available for tasting, but it is a fantastic sake, and since I had to go through the trouble ^ ^.
The aroma is subtle, and in the mouth it has a fruity, not clingy, smooth, elegant sweetness, followed by umami. The beautiful acidity comes at the end. The lingering umami lasts for a long time, and you can drink as much as you want. When you finish the bottle, your nostrils are slightly enveloped by the pleasant aroma of ginjo, and you are in a state of bliss. It is a very delicious sake. No wonder it is so popular.
