Honjozo sake, Shimanami. The aroma is ginjo-like, and the mouthfeel is simple with a slight acidity, ginjo flavor, and no cloying taste. It is easy to drink with a nice sharpness. The rest of the sake is a little disappointing because of the ginjo flavor.
