Following Echigo-Tsurukame, I purchased this brand at a different liquor store than usual.
The color is a light yellowish, and as the description says, it has a woody aroma.
The taste is a bit like old-fashioned sake, but with a more robust flavor that is quite different from the fruity flavors we are accustomed to these days.
It is lightly effervescent.
This is my first time drinking this brand, but I personally like the taste.
Alcohol 15%.
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
