Drinking at home today. I bought this sake in Kyoto. Completely bought the label.
All black koji. The citric acid is quite effective, and it tastes like plum wine, with a mild sweetness. There is no sharpness or bitterness, so you may not like it, but if you like the aroma and sweetness, you will like it.
I'll buy the other ones.
