Ignoring the best way to drink it, I warmed it up to the max (laughs) and first felt the acidity, which changed to a very rice-like taste. Immediately after that, a strong sense of neatness spreads, and it ends without feeling any further depth. I see, this isn't suited to being heated up (laughs).
(laughs) When I drink it again at room temperature, the neatness is suppressed and the sweetness, acidity, and umami are in good balance. It's just plain delicious.
