Nito純米吟醸 山田錦五十五 生
くるま麩
Ni-Utsuri" 🐰🐰 from Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki City, Japan.
I chose the raw junmai ginjo this time because it was so delicious when I had the fire-aged junmai sake made of Yamadanishiki!
Yamada-Nishiki, 55% polished rice ratio Junmai-Ginjo!
Aroma: Fruity and sweet, with a strong, fruity aroma.
Light and gaseous.
The sweetness and umami that fits in with the plumpness and moistness makes it delicious. ✨️
The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing, and the moderate bitterness and acidity will increase your desire for another glass. In fact, it doesn't stop 🌀
The fruity aroma that comes through to the nose and the alcohol taste is very satisfying, and anyway, it was a good sake that struck a chord with me. ☺️
