I went to Kaminoyama Onsen in Yamagata Prefecture on 10/28/10/29/2024. I had not posted/reviewed the first encounter with the all-you-can-drink sake offered at the inn where we stayed at that time 😅.
It was served at room temperature.
It was light and easy to drink, and seems to be a local staple....
I think it tastes better warmed up...
