Today we compared Isojiman and Gazanryu honjozo.
I thought, "If it's a honjozo, then it must be Isojyamari.
So I stopped by on my way home from a business trip to Sendai and bought Isojiman for the first time.
Compared to Gazanryu, Isojumma has a sharp aroma like magic ink.
The flavor is also very sharp.
Personally, I prefer Gazanryu.
