This is an unpasteurized, unfiltered sake from the Niidashi Zensyu series.
The old man at the liquor store told me many times about the risk of the lid flying off when opening the bottle, so I opened the bottle with trepidation. As a result, it was not so vigorous and I was disappointed (laugh).
It is a little sweet. It is slightly sweet, and the fruit aroma is refreshing.
