◎ Sake brewed with wine yeast. Sake brewed with wine yeast. Yes, it is wonderful. The aroma is that of white wine and lightly smoked. As you drink it, the grape-like aroma, sweetness, and smokiness change one after another. When you think that it is stimulated by the acidity, the aftertaste is short and disappears quickly. The smokiness and acidity give it character, but it doesn't linger. The alcohol smell is almost imperceptible. There's a good amount of sweetness, and it's surprisingly refreshing to drink. ⤴
