あちゃ
I bought it at the Nagai Sake Shop in Gunma in the autumn of 2021.
I've had Moribari before, and I had the image that it was gassy, light, and could be drunk as much as you wanted.
When you actually drink it, it has a more solid taste and is good. It is dangerous to drink as much as you want.
At any rate, it's good with nabe. It is the best when combined with nabe.
You can drink it endlessly with nabe, especially with vegetables that you bought at a direct sales shop in Gunma.
I prepared pickled cucumber, raw green pepper with sesame oil and Mizutaki, but it is best with Mizutaki which has strong umami.
Sake that goes well with meals with strong flavor such as meat
