After the Narimasa, the next sake was Soyokaze Junmai by TAMAGAKU. Unlike the Tama-Asahi that I had the day before, this sake was made with water. I like this type better because it is more like a Toyama sake!
Just like the name "Soyokaze," the wind blew down my throat. I am sure we won't see each other again this summer.
Let's meet again next summer.
