We liked the fact that it was unfiltered and additive-free, among the recommendations we received for summer sake.
It is sweet and refreshing.
The aftertaste is light without being too strong.
But it had a nice aroma and was delicious.
I wonder if the fact that the alcohol content is low, but no water is added, leads to this flavor.
It makes me want to try Junmai Daiginjo!
