The aim of this is to try out the new Dassai Blue Type 35 which makes use of US grown Yamada Nishiki. Surprisingly the US Grown Yamada Nishiki is quite significantly sweeter with more melon taste, also sense of honey. Clean and easy to drink but yet very balanced. Interesting comparison.
