RyoheiI got my favorite Sentori dobrok.
It is not strained any more than Nigori Zero was until last year, it is marked 0.0 lol.
Since it is listed as sake, I guess it is sake under the Sake Tax Law and not dobrok, but the nigori like dobrok is very silky and the Organic Naturals with no added yeast is relatively light, but still has a great flavor.
I'm looking forward to the upcoming X of Organic Naturals.
