I didn't know Kame Sake Brewery in Hiroshima had such a brand 😳
Even though I've been to the brewery 😅
The sweetness and umami are interwoven with a clear and transparent sweetness that is impressive 🤩.
The softness on the palate made me think it was a Saijo style sake 🤗.
