This year's new sake has come out one after another, but I would like to enjoy some more autumn sake. We had a nice Hiyayogoshi from Hiokizakura, which we enjoyed last year.
It has a characteristic acidity typical of San'in region sake, and while it is full of umami, it has a refreshing taste. This year's sake is also very tasty. It goes well with yellowtail sashimi.
