Wind Forest Dew Leaf Wind 807
It's very windy and light.
When you take it in your mouth, you don't get much of a scent or sweetness, but the aroma comes back to your nose through your throat.
According to my partner, the scent that comes back to my nose is neither sweet nor spicy and it's not very good. It was definitely a bit unique. My partner said it was a bit of a disappointment. It didn't suit my partner, who is a fan of Omachi.
I looked into it, and it seems that "Tsuyoha Kaze" is a rather unique type of rice for sake brewing. I don't know much about it, but it doesn't seem to be a lineage of the best-selling rice for sake brewing now.
Even the endorsement says it has a unique sourness and astringency, and is full of complexity. Taste.
I like it a lot because it has a refreshing taste. The sour aroma, which is similar to Gohyakumangoku and Ipponjime, may be interesting. It may not be a favorite sake, but I like it. It may not be a favorite sake, but I like it.
