The melon aroma of the JAXA label I had previously received was impressive, so this time I had a draft sake brewed with a unique sake rice called "Hitanishiki" from Ibaraki Prefecture. The melon aroma is still present, and I was able to recognize that this aroma is the charm of the Ogawa yeast used in Urasato.
