The third hiyaoroshi we purchased this year is this sake with its impressive yellow label.
This is the taste on the second day after opening the package. It depends on the brand, but
but it tastes better than right after opening the package.
The initial aroma is like a banana.
The attack is well-balanced with the sweetness and umami of the rice, and it has a soft taste without miscellaneous flavors.
The finish has a moderate acidity followed by a slightly firm bitterness, but it is not something to be concerned about, and overall it is easy to drink.
Personally, I think this Haruka Hiyaoroshi is a great finish that is easy for anyone to drink.
