My first time to drink rice wine
It's kind of classical.
The alcoholic feeling comes first.
It's hard for me to enjoy it chilled or warmed.
So I thought.
When I brought it to room temperature, the sweetness and bitterness became easier to pick up than the alcohol, and I liked the taste.
Sake is interesting!
