青木 晋I bought it at a liquor store when I went near the brewery. I chose it because the shopkeeper said, "It has a little umami. It was spicy, but a little sweet. The shopkeeper and I had a lot of fun talking about the brewery. We were told that next month they would be serving nama-shu and muddled sake. This place is nice, but I think I'll buy it at the brewery next time.
