Yesterday, on New Year's Day, when I had a drink at home with my friends, they brought me a bottle of Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo 45.
We had a bottle of Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo 45.
It has been a long time since I drank Ottersai itself, but the sweetness was just right and it had a nice sharpness to it.
It went well with Osechi, and I finished it immediately.
As expected of Otters!
