We had it with pistachios at a house party as it goes well with pistachios!
An easy-drinking barrel sake with a slight hinoki-like smell! It also has a whisky-like flavor.
The wholesale liquor store bottles it directly, labels it, and makes it by hand 🍂.
It seems to be a very rare sake and we are lucky to be allowed to try it 🦌.
