ma-ki-
Yesterday I went to an outlet.
I went to my usual yakitori restaurant with a good shopping experience and in a pleasant mood.
The lineup of drinks had not changed,
First drink: Saku Masanochi
Second glass: Kuroryu CrystalDragon
Third cup: Kamikigen Super Spicy
Fourth cup: Jikin Yamadanishiki Hi-ire
The first glass of sake was "Saku" and the second "Koryu" was "CrystalDragon".
The photo shows the third glass of Kamikimoto.
I don't often drink dry sake, but I tried it today.
It is called "super-harsh," so of course it has a spicy and bitter taste that spreads to the palate, but the subtle umami of rice can be felt, which is a good thing about Japanese sake.
The aftertaste is very smooth.
