This is another famous sake that is hard to find in Miyagi Prefecture.
It is famous as the sake that goes best with sushi in Japan, but there was no way we were going to have sushi at the second party, so we toasted with a little appetizer.
It has a slightly fruity taste with a clean and tasty mouthfeel! It seems to go well with the fat of the ingredients and the acidity of the rice! I really want to try this sake at a sushi restaurant next time, but I'm worried about my pocketbook.
Please don't torture me, I'll just say sake without permission!
