金猫魔
Haneya Kirabi from Tomibikiku Sake Brewery in Tomiyama Prefecture, Japan,
Like fireworks in the night sky
Like a lustrous shimmering light,
like the sea that envelops it (as described on the label).
The brand name used to be "Tominokou," but it is said to have been changed to "Kirabi" to match the above image.
Haneya" brewed with subterranean water from the Tateyama water system
We got this one at Hasegawa-ya on our way back from Iwamuro.
First check-in in Toyama.
It is a neighbor of ours, but we had never seen it before.
The aroma is mildly clear, with a hint of rice,
Smooth and fresh,
Smooth and fresh, with a tangy gasiness.
The sweetness is mild with strong acidity and bitterness,
The coolness and aftertaste is like a carbonated beverage,
It has a firm umami flavor.
It is a light and dry type of wine.
It is a summery wine,
I want to cool it down and enjoy it.
The shining blue letters are also refreshing.
