The nose is clear and pale yellow, with aromas of cooked rice, straw and yoghurt. The first impression on the palate is of a layered bouquet with a slight sweetness, but the overall taste is still pungent, not bitter, but sour and not obvious. The wine is on the crisp side, with a short finish.
