When I went shopping at a local supermarket, I saw a line of sake in the sake section.
I took it home, thinking that 1,300 yen for a junmai ginjo of Yamadanishiki would not be too expensive.
It was my first time to try this sake.
I drank it cold. The aroma is mild. When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft sweetness from the clean water. The taste is soft sweetness from the clean water in the mouth. Then it is cut by the spiciness of alcohol.
It is hard or it feels a little bit light to me 🤔.
