Sample sake for 100 yen from Fujiwara-ya's sake vending machine on the second floor of S-Pal at Sendai Station. The name comes from the Zen master Toraya, who was Date Masamune's mentor in his childhood. It is said to be the oldest sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, but the taste of Toraya is surprisingly of the modern fruity type.
