Aroma: fruity, sweet, moderate acidity, slightly bitter, good length of time
Apple scent, fresh sweetness, beautiful acidity and flavor, a hint of grapefruit, a hint of bitterness and deliciousness... this is my kind of thing... delicious...
In my opinion... when I first started drinking sake, there was a 1/2 chance of failure... but nowadays, the chances of encountering a good Sake have gone up significantly...
Maybe my tastes have changed... or maybe it's the diligence of the brewer... or maybe it's both... but whatever it is, I'm happy
