According to the brewery's owner, "We brewed each sake separately and blended them to emphasize the aroma and the impact of the acidity. It's true, and I get the impression that the individual personalities that are difficult to achieve in a normal sake are all living together in a well-balanced manner and influence each other. It's a good example of an unusual kind of sake that you can't enjoy in a normal sake.
