I've been reading the labels on the back of the labels lately, and I see that it's been brewed for more than a year (when?). It seems to be brewed with local rice and local water. It seems to be brewed with local sake rice and local water...nice, very nice.
I think it's hard to find in the Kanto area, but I strongly recommend that those who have never had it before should try it. The taste...in a word, it is gentle. I would say that it has a sense of envelopment...perfect for long autumn evenings. Try it.
