Famous for its sake, which has been sold at Yoshinoya for 35 years. Now it is a group of Hamada Shuzo, famous for DAIYAMDE shochu.
The mannequin I spoke with at Keihan Moriguchi was there and remembered me.
He said it was better to taste it at the end because of its strong taste, so we tasted it almost at the end.
He was handling it all by himself and looked very busy.

Second fermentation in bottle. It has a sweetness and umami with a low alcohol content. It is a good buy.
