soumacho
The last of the Kyushu sake we got on our trip to Kyushu in January (and yet we bought some Kyushu sake today💦).
The last one is Princess Michiko from "Yokoyama" which I got in Nagasaki city, and I had a hard time deciding which one to get because they had GOLD one at the liquor store, but the owner said that GOLD used to sell better, but now Princess Michiko, which won the Grand Prix at Sake-1, is more popular. This is the one for you✨
Rice polishing ratio 40
Rose yeast
Alcohol 15%.
We had it in a glass because it was a special occasion 🍷.
The aroma is gorgeous and elegant, and in the mouth it is juicy with a honey-like sweetness and a hint of acidity.
The lingering taste leaves only sweetness.
The sweetness is also elegant sweetness 😊.
It is an elegant sake that I am in awe of abbreviating because it is named after the Empress Shang Empress ✨.
We prepared a variety of entrées, including hot tofu and salad, but the combination with yangnyeom chicken goes well 😙Of course, it's delicious enough on its own: 🍸️
I think it would be a good pairing with strong flavors (not a side dish 🙂 ). (I'm not sure if it's a good pairing or not 🙇)
